About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing & SEO to own paid media and organic growth for our clients. This role demands someone equally comfortable building Google Ads campaigns as they are optimising a page for search rankings — and who can tie every activity back to business outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end campaign delivery across paid and organic channels, drive continuous performance improvements, and provide clear, data-backed insights to internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximise ROI
  • Continuously improve key metrics, including CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and funnels to identify winning strategies
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budget utilisation, and flag risks proactively
  1. SEO – Organic Growth
  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned to business goals and funnel stages
  • Optimise website structure, content, and landing pages for improved rankings and conversions
  • Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority and organic reach
  • Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversions across all SEO efforts
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team
  1. Analytics and Reporting
  • Set up and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Track full-funnel performance from click to conversion across paid and organic channels
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data and communicate findings clearly
  1. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Execution
  • Work closely with content, product, and tech teams to improve landing page performance
  • Align all marketing campaigns with broader business goals — lead generation, pipeline, and revenue
  • Share performance learnings across teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement

Whom We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads independently
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO tools — Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools — HubSpot preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently and report on ROI clearly

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B marketing environments
  • Exposure to landing page optimisation tools such as Unbounce or Webflow
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for SEO implementation
  • Familiarity with attribution modelling and multi-touch reporting
