Job Description

Department: HR

Work Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 to 10 yrs of relevant experience

Educational Qualification: MBA / MSW / MA HR Reporting to: Sr. Manager

Position: Full-time

Salary: As per Institution standard

  1. Talent Acquisition - End-to-End Recruitment
    • Handling complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to
    • Coordinating with department heads for hiring approvals and manpower
    • Sourcing candidates through job portals and internal
    • Screening profiles, conducting HR discussions, and coordinating
    • Managing candidate pipeline using
    • Negotiating compensation within approved
    • Closing positions within defined timelines aligned with hiring
  1. Offer Letter Management Process
    • Preparing and releasing offer letters upon approval (excluding faculty and senior-level roles requiring additional authorization).
    • Ensuring same-day offer letter release once final approval is
    • Drafting compensation breakups and validating salary
    • Coordinating offer acceptance and pre-joining
    • Following up with candidates for documentation
    • Managing offer revisions, clarifications, and joining
    • Maintaining offer tracker and recruitment MIS
  1. Background Verification (BGV) Handling
    • Managing end-to-end Background Verification for selected
    • Coordinating with third-party BGV
    • Verifying employment, education, and address
    • Tracking BGV status and resolving
    • Ensuring compliance before confirmation of
  1. ATS s System Handling - Zoho Recruit
    • Managing recruitment workflow through Zoho Corporation - Zoho Recruit.
    • Posting job openings and managing applications through
    • Tracking candidate movement across hiring
    • Generating recruitment analytics and
    • Maintaining candidate database and documentation
  1. Benefits Administration s Compliance
    • Managing employee benefits including PF, ESI, and insurance
    • Handling exit formalities and marking exits in PF
    • Ensuring timely statutory compliance and
    • Supporting payroll inputs and resolving employee compensation
  1. Employee Engagement s HR Operations
    • Organizing employee engagement initiatives and HR
    • Addressing employee grievances and
    • Supporting performance management and appraisal
    • Ensuring smooth HR operational workflow across
  1. MIS Reporting s HR Analytics
    • Preparing weekly and monthly HR
    • Maintaining recruitment tracker and manpower
    • Sharing data insights with leadership for decision-making.
    • Monitoring hiring metrics and closure
  1. Team Management
    • Supervising and guiding a 2-member HR
    • Delegating tasks and monitoring
    • Driving process improvement and HR process
    • Ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance
