Assistant Manager – Design (Tendering) - Transformer

One of our clients an MNC in Naidupeta (Andhra Pradesh)is looking for an Assistant Manager Design (Tendering) for its Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh factory.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with around 5 years of experience in the power transformer industry.

The candidate will be responsible for designing power and auto transformers up to 315 MVA, 400 kV class, and supporting the sales team with tendering, GTP preparation, and cost sheets. The role also involves preparing customer approval documents, releasing manufacturing documents, and coordinating with operations for smooth execution. Candidates should be familiar with national and international technical standards, new product development, RCA, ISO documentation, and supplier/customer technical discussions. Strong communication skills, focus on standardization, optimization, KPIs, and meeting timelines are essential.
