Job Description

• Manage communication programmes from planning to execution ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth programme delivery

• Prepare dashboards, status reports, MORs, and QBR presentations for leadership and clients

• Develop and review communication materials including newsletters, internal communications, and presentations

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication formats including templates, style guides, and messaging

• Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to align communication strategies

• Support internal events such as town halls and communication campaigns

• Develop SOPs, workflows, templates, and communication guidelines for process improvement

• Manage content approval workflows ensuring timely reviews and version control

• Maintain documentation for all communication materials and approvals
