Job Description

We are partnering with a global investment platform to appoint an experienced professional within its CLO Operations & Risk function. This role sits in the middle office and focuses on post-trade compliance, portfolio oversight, and investor reporting, with responsibility for supervising deliverables and supporting operational governance across structured credit portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of post-trade compliance outputs, portfolio monitoring reports, and investor deliverables
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly and quarterly reporting, including distribution waterfalls
  • Partner closely with portfolio managers, structuring teams, and external trustees to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Support deal analysis, variance reviews, and testing outputs to meet governance and reporting requirements
  • Manage workflow planning, task allocation, and progress tracking across the production team
  • Contribute to process documentation, control frameworks, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk

Key Requirements

  • At least 8+ years experience in credit, fixed income operations, post-trade compliance, or investment controls
  • Exposure to structured credit products (CLO, ABS, CMBS) is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accountability, prior team supervisory experience is a plus
  • Confident communicator able to work with global stakeholders across time zones
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and a deadline-driven environment
