Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager – Business Development for an on-site role based in Coimbatore. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, participate in strategic planning, and contribute to achieving growth targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, conduct market research to identify trends, and represent the company at external events and meetings to expand our client base and partnerships.

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation
  • Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Networking
  • Ability to meet targets and provide innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Experience in the education technology sector or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
