Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Assistant Manager Business Development. This is a frontline role focused on engaging with property owners, conducting site visits, and supporting property acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold and warm calling
Connect with property owners and explain the company's value proposition
Schedule and conduct property visits
Assess properties and share insights with internal teams
Support in negotiation and closure of deals
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements

13 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of Mumbai geography
Comfortable with field sales and travel
Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Preferred Criteria

Candidates based in Western Line (Bandra to Borivali belt preferred)
Prior experience in real estate or property sales
