Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the team
  • Hire and train new maintenance employees
  • Manage budget and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations
  • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Address any issues or emergencies promptly
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
