Assistant Manager MIS, Sourcing & Product Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Assistant Manager – MIS, Sourcing & Product Development. The candidate will be responsible for MIS reporting, inventory handling of fabrics, sourcing coordination, and supporting product development activities within a retail/apparel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain MIS reports related to sourcing, inventory, and product development.

Monitor fabric inventory, stock movement, consumption, and reconciliation.

Work closely with merchandising, design, warehouse, and production teams.

Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review.

Ensure timely updating of ERP/MIS systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years Of Experience

Experience in MIS, sourcing, product development, and fabric inventory management.

Background in retail, apparel, or fashion industry preferred.

Strong knowledge of fabrics and inventory processes.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Textile, Retail Management, or related field.

Experience in apparel retail or fashion sourcing environment preferred.
