Job Description

Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - MIS to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, proven project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff to ensure robust and efficient MIS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of information systems.
  • Responsible for developing and enhancing reporting functionalities to meet organizational needs.
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Ensure the protection of users data by implementing and maintaining stringent security protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their information system requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Management Information Systems.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
