Job Description

Service Delivery

• Understanding of adherence for QA/QC documents and their requirements from MEP perspective.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise the effective implementations of all test and inspection schedules.
• Assist with client to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems
• Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements

Qualifications

• Education - B.E/B.Tech (Mech/Elec)
• You should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction base build in India/abroad. Should possess good technical skills, as far as on-site MEP execution.
• Should have excellent understanding of base build construction and MEP works implementation. Must have been actively involved in construction of high rise residential towers and ancillary MEP tasks.
• 7+ years work experience, with atleast 3-4 years into quality review related job.
