ABOUT THIS ROLE: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE
- HUL has significantly increased the share of spend in digital content across R&F media, social-first media, influencers, E-commerce own and static, and others.
- The candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness in media deployment.
- Drive impactful media and digital content that enhances brand superiority and reinforces discipline in deployment principles.
- Pioneer, test, and scale up new initiatives, including AI, and embed insights into media-led innovations like influencer marketing and social-first content/plans.
- Drive adoption of new tools, agile processes, and AI-enabled systems to enhance CMI HUL capabilities.
- Ensure awareness and democratization of insights through the CMI Social communication program.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in insights and research.
- Experience in mix testing consumer tools and techniques.
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and build business-oriented narratives.
