Job Description
- You hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- You bring 810 years of hands-on experience in radial curing and final finish operations.
- You have strong practical exposure to radial curing presses, including mechanical and hydraulic systems, as well as uniformity and balancing machines.
- You effectively manage breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability.
- You oversee spare parts management and actively develop critical spares to support uninterrupted operations.
- You regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You collaborate with and support the electrical team in monitoring and improving KPIs.
- You contribute to workforce capability by supporting and developing technical skills within the team.
