Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

· Assessment of manpower needs (MRs, FLMs, SLMs, Expats) & HQ expansion.

· Working on Break-Even Analysis including salary cost, commission structure, sales projections, PCPM.

· Identifying the new opportunities by analyzing population, no. of pharmacies, and doctor potential.

· Regular updation of Field Placement & Expansion, New Product Launch Plan, Competitor Analysis.

· Data standardization, governance, and master data management.

· Track approvals, timelines, and completion status of ongoing and proposed expansions.

· Align product master data across systems ensuring consistency and integrity.

· Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather data requirements, identify inconsistencies, and drive alignment.

· Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong knowledge of product data structures and classification systems.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of retail or equivalent management experience
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
