Assistant Manager - Marketplace Alliances

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Affiliate team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in data analysis, campaign setup, and proven ability to coordinate with partners to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze affiliate performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

2. Set up and manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

3. Collaborate with affiliate partners to maximize campaign outcomes and maintain strong relationships.

4. Monitor ongoing campaigns and optimize for higher ROI and conversions.

5. Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams (analytics, product, finance) for campaign alignment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing / performance marketing / campaign management.
• Strong hands-on experience in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI tools preferred).
• Understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and campaign setup.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for partner management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with tools like Power BI, or Google Analytics.
• Prior work in e-commerce or digital marketing environment
