Job Description

About T-Hub

T-Hub, the world's largest home for startups, is an innovation enabler that works with startups, corporates, governments, investors, and academia to drive innovation and entrepreneurship at scale. T-Hub is building a vibrant ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurs and organisations to innovate, scale, and create meaningful impact.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Marketing to support execution across T-Hub's multiple verticals. The role sits close to campaign and program marketing — from founder-facing lead generation and executive-education outreach to AI-first brand building — and requires someone comfortable with hands-on content creation, stakeholder management, and structured, KPI-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Campaign Marketing

  • Execute multi-week outreach campaigns for flagship programs, including executive leadership programs and accelerator cohorts, across LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and other relevant channels, targeting founders, CXOs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, including creative calendars, copy, sequencing, and coordination across paid and organic channels.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Generate leads and expand outreach to target audiences and founder communities through targeted campaigns and content.
  • Support social media and community growth across T-Hub programs.

3. Multi-Program Content & Social

  • Own day-to-day content execution for one or more programs, applying established positioning frameworks and creative systems.
  • Draft and publish startup spotlights, founder stories, and thought-leadership content, including short-form video, while maintaining T-Hub's brand tone and voice across formats.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, campaign variations, and reporting, while applying sound judgment to refine and finalize outputs.

4. Event & Community Marketing

  • Plan and execute demo days, GTM sessions, cohort launches, and other program events end-to-end, including speaker coordination, co-branding, and post-event content capture.
  • Support ecosystem pipeline and community-growth initiatives through recurring engagement content and partner amplification.

5. Brand Communications & Compliance

  • Draft brand communications across verticals, proactively flagging compliance, co-branding, and sign-off requirements.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across founder-facing, investor-facing, and government-facing communications.

6. Internal Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment, adapting to shifting priorities, overlapping deadlines, and evolving program needs.
  • Proactively coordinate across marketing, program, and leadership stakeholders to keep execution moving with minimal hand-holding.

7. Reporting & Data Rigor

  • Track campaign and content performance against KPIs and contribute to quarterly ROI reporting, with clear narratives connecting marketing activity to pipeline outcomes.
  • Support OKR-linked reporting cadences expected by senior leadership.

Educational Background

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to B2B/startup ecosystems, ed-tech, executive education, consulting, or B2C brands.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels, particularly for senior and executive audiences.
  • Experience with lead generation and audience outreach, including developing and executing plans to reach new founders and target segments.
  • Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to write in a short, punchy, non-corporate tone and adapt content to an individual's authentic voice for personalized communication.
  • Strong compliance awareness, with the ability to proactively flag unverified claims, logo usage, and approval requirements.
  • Adaptive and resilient in a fast-growing, fast-changing environment, with the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Hands-on and iterative working style, with comfort in managing fast turnarounds and working through side-by-side content revisions.
  • Comfortable with Canva, MS Office Suite, and basic performance dashboards for tracking and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work is expected and essential.
