Job Profile:

1. Management and Daily monitoring of the ongoing projects.

2. Client Servicing and coordination, ensuring timely updates to client and smooth

execution of the ongoing activity.

3. Vendor management and coordination including generating cost sheets. Strong vendor

connects across the country preferred.

4. Co-ordinating with the Operations Team-

a. Handling of Logistics and resources for any upcoming campaigns.

b. Supervising and coordinating with on-ground/ Field Team which is handling the

ongoing campaign.

c. Coordination with the clients Reporting and Updation of Campaign related

activities.

5. Co-ordinating with the Reporting Team for daily activity reports of ongoing activity.

6. Regular and extensive travel across the country

Eligibility criteria:

4-5 years experience in the BTL field preferred. *Freshers do not apply*

Skills and Requirement:

Efficient oral and written communication skills.

Well-versed with MS-Suite (specially Excel and PowerPoint preferred)

Travelling is a must
