Role Overview
The Engagement Operations - Marketing will serve as a mid-layer lead within the Engagement Team, responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end process operations. The role requires building and nurturing communities, driving engagement initiatives, and overseeing Email & WhatsApp Marketing, Webinar Marketing, and Data Analytics. The position will ensure seamless execution, process alignment, and impactful outcomes across all engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Development & Management
- Build, nurture, and moderate active communities across digital platforms, forums, and in-app channels.
- Foster meaningful engagement through discussions, campaigns, polls, and interactive content.
- Identify, onboard, and manage brand advocates, influencers, and community leaders to strengthen community presence.
2. Webinar Planning & Execution
- Oversee and guide the Webinar Marketing individual in managing end-to-end execution of webinars: speaker coordination, technical setup, audience engagement, and follow-ups.
- Ensure alignment of webinar themes with organizational goals and engagement strategies.
- Monitor post-event impact and ensure learnings are fed back into future executions.
3. Marketing Campaigns (Email & WhatsApp)
- Oversee the Email & WhatsApp Marketing individual to plan, strategize, and execute campaigns that promote different product lines and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely campaign delivery with consistent brand messaging and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and drive improvements in reach and conversion.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Work closely with the Data Analyst to track and monitor KPIs across community engagement, marketing campaigns, and webinars.
- Generate actionable insights for process optimization, audience personalization, and engagement growth.
- Implement data-driven strategies to continuously improve performance.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Oversight
- Act as the operational bridge between the engagement team (email/WhatsApp, webinar, data) and other internal functions (content, design, tech, marketing).
- Establish smooth workflows, track progress, and ensure timely deliverables across all engagement verticals.
- Standardize processes for planning, execution, reporting, and feedback loops to enhance efficiency.
