Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Lifecycle Marketing
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp)
- Support lifecycle journeys such as CLM & DLM flows
- Ensure timely execution, QA, and delivery of campaigns
Customer Segmentation & Cohorts
- Create and manage customer cohorts based on behavior, recency, frequency, and value
- Build targeted communication strategies for different user segments
- Support personalization efforts using customer data
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance (CTR, conversions, engagement) and suggest optimizations
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor CRM metrics
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and actionable insights
Experimentation & Optimization
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and targeting
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and learnings
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with brand marketing, demand generation and other relevant teams to execute campaigns
- Align CRM initiatives with business and marketing calendars
