Job Description

Responsibilities:

Events, Outreach & StakeholderEngagement

  • Plan and deliver medium- to large-scale events, including conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, roadshows, networking sessions, industry engagements and international visits.
  • Support the planning and execution of major corporate events and milestone programmes.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, vendors, partners and sponsors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, procurement, timelines and post-event reporting.
  • Strengthen the company's partnerships and visibility through stakeholder engagement across industry, research and innovation communities.

Communications, Marketing & Publicity

  • Develop and manage content for websites, newsletters, social media, corporate publications and marketing collateral.
  • Produce presentations, success stories, feature articles, publicity materials, media releases and speeches.
  • Support marketing and outreach campaigns to enhance awareness of the company's capabilities, services and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to showcase organisational achievements and innovation.

Operations & Administration

  • Support departmental operations, including meeting coordination, reports, minutes, procurement, finance administration and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor and evaluate communications, marketing and engagement activities using relevant metrics.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement and event management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Events Management, Business or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in events, communications, marketing, public relations or stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience delivering corporate events, conferences, workshops, exhibitions and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder, project and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and effective both independently and in teams.
  • Experience in the public sector or technology, research and innovation sectors is an advantage.
