Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central liaison between the Marketing Campaign Manager and Agency teams, managing campaign production from briefing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and agency stakeholders to define campaign scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and workflow.
- Act as the main point of contact for Agency teams (Creative, Strategy, Social, Digital, PR, and Analytics) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Balance the creative aspirations of the Agency with the business objectives, timelines, and budgets of the Marketing team.
- Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure campaigns are delivered on brief, on budget, and on time.
- Report regularly to the Manager of Agency Operations and the Head of Creative Programming on project status, challenges, and overall campaign health.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, creating production workflows, and streamlining communication across teams.
- Support leadership with project documentation, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 58 years of experience inMarketing Project Management, Campaign Management, or Agency Operations, preferably with exposure to both client and agency environments.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing production workflows, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, or Business Administration;MBA in Marketingpreferred.
- Willing to worklate shift (6 PM 3 AM IST)to support Pacific Time Zone operations.
