We are looking for a high-energy Marketing professional to lead the end-to-end execution of our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for translating brand strategies into high-impact visual presence (ATL) and engaging ground-level activations (BTL) to drive walk-ins and brand recall across Pune's competitive real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Ground BTL & Activations
- Plan and execute localized BTL activities, including corporate activations, mall displays, society roadshows etc.
- Plan & execute internal / customer / Channel partner events.
- Manage the logistics, vendor coordination, etc. for site-level events and property exhibitions.
- Identify high-footfall hotspots in Pune for tactical micro-marketing.
2. ATL & Outdoor Media Management
- Oversee the deployment of Outdoor (OOH) media: Hoarding / airport / ambient media acquisition across strategic Pune clusters (Hinjewadi, Wakad, Kharadi, etc.).
- Coordinate with Print media agencies for ad releases.
- Ensure 100% Live verification of all outdoor assets and maintain a strict quality audit.
3. Vendor & Agency Management
- Liaise with creative and production agencies to ensure all marketing collateral (brochures, standees, signage, videos etc.) is produced as per brand guidelines.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-optimization without compromising on execution quality.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Real Estate experience in the Pune market is a massive plus.
- Execution Focus: You are someone who believes marketing happens on the field, not just behind a laptop.
- Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred to effectively manage local vendors and site staff.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for budget tracking) and a solid understanding of print production, influencer marketing & media planning.
