Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager Marketing & Sales to support and execute marketing strategies, drive student enrollments, and manage sales operations in the EdTech domain. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in spoken English, and experienced in handling leads, conversions, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive enrollments and revenue
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, counseling prospective students/clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and partners
- Track daily sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members and supporting team performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales
- Prior experience in EdTech is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency and confidence in spoken English
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
