Position Overview:

You will play a critical role in developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding ClayWorks market presence. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage networking, industry events, and conferences to identify and establish relationships with high-growth startups and enterprise clients seeking office space expansion.
  • Maintain regular contact with corporate representatives to identify new leasing opportunities, understand their future requirements, and monitor emerging concepts for lease potential.
  • Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI), term sheets, and lease amendments to facilitate leasing transactions.
  • Collaborate with external brokers, prospective clients, and other stakeholders to execute new leases, renewals, site acquisitions, and dispositions of surplus space through subleasing or sales.
  • Maintain regular contact with landlords and their representatives to monitor leasing activities, trends, and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales, or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment, preferably in relevant industry (shared workspaces) top private bank, brokerage firm, or property consulting firm.
  • Proven track record in business development and experience in aftersales customer support.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Well-established connections within the local real estate and developer community.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, property valuations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
