Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager, Organisational Transformation (Policy)

Contract (1 year, with option to extend for another year subject to performance and conduct)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• 5-day work week (office-based)

Job Description:

• You will research, benchmark, and draft policy papers on organisational transformation.
• You will engage internal stakeholders to gather views and surface issues, and support consultations on transformation-related matters.
• Working across multiple workstreams, you will help align policy intent with implementation and communications, and provide secretariat support where needed.
• You will also monitor implementation progress and emerging issues, and help prepare updates for senior management.

Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline, with experience in policy development or the implementation of organisational initiatives
• Comfortable working with data to surface insights and support evidence-based recommendations
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
