Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor researchers on qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Conduct and moderate interviews with global healthcare professionals.
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery with precision.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.
- Collaborate across departments for seamless execution.
- Drive team performance and adherence to processes, targets, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences or MBA (Healthcare)
Experience:
- Assistant Manager 3 to 4 years
- Manager 5 to 7 years
- Senior Manager 8+ years

- Excellent written and verbal communication
