We're looking for experienced Planning professionals with a strong track record in managing MEP construction planning, scheduling, and project controls across large-scale commercial, hyperscale datacenter, or other mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Your Impact
As a Planning professional, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects by:
- Developing and managing integrated project schedules with a primary focus on MEP works and associated Civil activities.
- Monitoring project progress, milestones, and commissioning activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Consultants, Contractors, and Project Management teams for seamless project execution.
- Tracking procurement, material deliveries, resource deployment, and construction progress to keep projects on schedule.
- Identifying schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks while implementing effective mitigation and recovery plans.
- Preparing project MIS reports, dashboards, and planning documentation to support informed decision-making.
- Ensuring construction activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and successful project handovers.
Who We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 5–15 years of experience in MEP construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.
- Strong understanding of MEP execution, procurement coordination, testing & commissioning, and project lifecycle management, with working knowledge of Civil construction activities.
- Experience in Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Industrial, Commercial Buildings, EPC, or Large Infrastructure Projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
