Job Description

Designation: Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Noida

No. of positions: 2

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting semiconductor and electronic components across assigned verticals. The role requires strong customer engagement, project-driven selling, and ownership of the complete sales lifecycle in the North India region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enquiry generation, order finalization, and negotiations with customers as well as promote new parts
  • Identify and pursue new projects with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify & lead key strategic projects to enable long-term revenue growth
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with SCM team
  • Ensure timely payment follow-up and receivables management in coordination with finance team
  • Develop and execute new business opportunities across target industry verticals
  • Maintain a healthy quote-to-conversion ratio through effective opportunity management
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience in Electronic Components and Semiconductor domain having handled key accounts in Industry Verticals viz (EMS/Industrial/Automotive/EV) in North Region with 10-15 years experience for Manager and 3+ Years for Assistant Manager level
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and market trends for informed decision
