Job Requirements

Any Bachelor's degree with 7-12 Years into Trade Marketing from Electrical Equipment/ Cables/ FMEG/ Allied Electrical Equipment Industry

Location Worli, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for sales and marketing of products such as power cables, rubber cables, telecom and railway items within the dealer segment.

Responsible for developing and implementing trade policies, schemes, and promotions that align with market needs and competition.

Formulate and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for the B2C channel while driving expansion and maximizing share of wallet among dealer partners.

Liaison with sales operations and plant teams and work on dealer stock and replenishment management.

Liaison with product managers, business development and brand team to formulate / co-create pricing strategies, promotions, sales pitch, sample boards, POS, BTL program to improve awareness of brand

Help and facilitate branch & regional sales teams on lead generation and conversion of enquiries.

Develop digital tools, dashboards in coordination with IT & Digital teams relevant for dealer MIS.
