CTC: Best in Industry (Negotiable for the Right Candidate)

Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Experience: 10+ Years in Transformer Industry / Electrical Power Products Sector (Transmission & Transformer Operations & Maintenance)

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in service tendering / proposal preparation (technical & commercial)
• Handle pre-tender processes and proposal preparation end-to-end
• Create Sale Orders and manage associated activities in SAP
• Maintain and update the enquiry register
• Review customer bid documents and technical specifications
• Prepare timely and comprehensive pre-bid documentation
• Identify potential risks in bids, estimates, and quotations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, legal, operations, etc.) and other business units
• Obtain quotations from internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
