Execution Management for all MEP&T (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for new projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings . Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV & Security system, for commercial buildings . Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design . Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings . Quality and Cost Management during execution . Safety Management in execution . Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects. . Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications . Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines . Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses . Manage other Infrastructure related works
