Assistant Manager/ Manager | Industrial & Logistic Services | Hyderabad

Job Description

• Leasing transactions for industrial, logistics, and warehousing assets across Hyderabad and surrounding micro-markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, investors.
• Advise clients on market rentals, absorption trends, vacancy levels, deal structures, and incentives
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and client outreach
• Conduct site inspections, negotiations, and deal closures in coordination with legal and internal teams
• Prepare leasing proposals, pitch decks, market reports, and financial analyses
• Track upcoming supply, infrastructure developments, and regulatory updates impacting the industrial & logistics sector
• Support institutional mandates and large-format transactions
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of transactions

Qualifications

PGDM / Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field

3-8 years of relevant experience in industrial & warehouse leasing

Proven exposure to the Hyderabad industrial real estate market is mandatory
