Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create effective job postings.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
    • Drive the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
    • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientations, documentation, and integration into company culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and support the management in implementing solutions.
    • Develop and promote employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Performance Management

    • Facilitate performance review processes, assisting managers in goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
    • Track and report on employee performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Support the creation of individual development plans and career growth opportunities for employees.
Training & Development

    • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
    • Support employee development programs and workshops aimed at enhancing skills and professional growth.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure desired outcomes.
HR Compliance & Administration

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure HR processes comply with legal standards.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping, including employee files, attendance, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
    • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Payroll & Benefits Support

    • Assist in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and addressing any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Ensure employees are well-informed about available benefits and assist with enrollment and changes.
HR Projects & Initiatives

    • Collaborate with leaders to implement new policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational goals.
    • Participate in and manage special HR projects such as employee surveys, wellness programs, or diversity and inclusion efforts.
    • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices to improve the employee experience.
