Roles and Responsibilities:
Partnership & Outreach:
Engage with government departments, ministries, research and policy-making bodies, regulators, etc., to arrange government sector internships for university students.
Partnership Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with government bodies to ensure ongoing cooperation.
Operations:
- Oversee all operations related to government internships, including orientation, induction, and aligning students with government bodies based on their areas of interest.
- Handle documentation and report writing.
Student Engagement:
- Organize and deliver motivational seminars and training sessions for students.
- Reach out to marquee speakers for webinars and lectures.
New Initiatives:
Implement initiatives to improve the processes and outcomes of government internships.
Eligibility:
- The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Governance, Public Administration, or a related field from a reputed institute.
- Possess 5-7 years of work experience dealing with Government, Ministries, or the Public Sector as clients.
- Experience in liaising with Government offices is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be tech-savvy and highly proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
