Klook – Global Marketing Team

Klook is a leading global travel and leisure booking platform, helping millions of users discover and book the best experiences anytime, anywhere.

We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven professional to help scale our global affiliates and partnerships channel. The Growth Intelligence role sits within the P&A Planning function and focuses on turning data into growth hypotheses, opportunity sizing, and actionable insights.

This role does not own account execution or operational delivery. Instead, it supports channel-level decision-making and account prioritization by identifying where to grow, why it works, and how big the impact could be.

What You'll Do (Main Accountabilities)

  • Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs from ideation to execution.
  • Drive global growth programs, campaign planning, and business transformation projects.
  • Design scalable processes, governance frameworks, and operating mechanisms to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance productivity, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across key initiatives.
  • Work across Business, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to align priorities, remove execution blockers, and drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need (Capabilities)

  • 4-6 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, partnerships, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities, challenging the status quo, and delivering business impact.
  • AI-first mindset with hands-on interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, affiliate ecosystems, partnerships, or marketplace businesses is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven and comfortable translating insights into structured action plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
