Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional to lead the USA taxation, accounting, and financial reporting function at Mom's Belief. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and accurate financial management of our US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

USA Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate timely filing of US tax returns
• Liaise with external tax consultants and advisors for tax planning, filings, and audits.
• Monitor and manage state-wise registrations, sales tax nexus, and compliance requirements.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee the complete bookkeeping and accounting process for the US entity, in line with US GAAP.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/year-end closings, reconciliations, and journal entries are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle intercompany transactions, transfer pricing entries, and reconciliation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements for the US entity.
• Support consolidation of financials with the India team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and presenting key financial metrics.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal & external) and ensure timely audit closures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA (India) or CPA (USA) preferred; or a Master's in Finance/Accounting with strong US exposure
• 3–7 years of experience in US taxation, reporting, and accounting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across geographies
