IOD conducts a wide range of activities including boardroom training, research, publications, advisory services, and the organization of national and international conventions. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Assistant Manager / Manager Marketing at the Institute of Directors (IOD), Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and building corporate collaborations for events and training programs
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of corporate business for boardroom community events, conferences, and projects
  • Driving business development by generating sponsorships and developing corporate partnerships
  • Planning and managing short- and long-term meetings, events, and conferences with national and international experts
  • Handling client relationships and ensuring effective client management
  • Creating and executing marketing plans for conference amplification
  • Managing digital marketing initiatives and content strategies to enhance visibility

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, HR, or any other relevant discipline
  • 27 years of relevant experience in coordinating, planning, and executing events and conferences preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various organizations, partners, and supporters
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a positive attitude in a multidisciplinary environment

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, business acumen, and a strong corporate outlook.

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
