Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our Client Servicing team. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of event and engagement deliverables, and driving long-term client retention and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing B2B accounts, executing large-scale conferences or brand engagement campaigns, and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client objectives and align deliverables to meet business goals.

2. Project & Event Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of physical, virtual, and hybrid conferences, roundtables, and branded engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, marketing, production, operations) and external vendors for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed commitments.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

3. Strategic Client Advisory

  • Understand client products/services and recommend relevant engagement formats to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
  • Provide consultative support to clients on positioning, audience targeting, and engagement strategy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling in collaboration with the sales team.

4. Stakeholder & Risk Management

  • Anticipate potential risks or bottlenecks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.

5. Performance & Reporting

  • Track campaign/Projects and event deliverables against KPIs.
  • Share timely updates, performance reports, and post-event summaries with clients.
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements for future engagements.

  • What We're Looking For

    Experience & Skills

    • 2–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Field Marketing or Event/Conference Management (preferably in media, B2B events, or marketing services).
    • Proven experience managing large-scale conferences or senior leadership engagements.
    • Strong understanding of B2B client relationship management.
    • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
