Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Maintenance located in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations. The role involves planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and optimizing resource utilization. Coordination with various internal departments and vendors to ensure operational efficiency is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Experience in maintenance of machinery, equipment handling, and familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
• Planning and organizational skills: Expertise in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Proficiency in safety standards: Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and adherence to compliance regulations.
• Communication and coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields; prior experience in maintenance management is preferred.
