Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager - Maintenance to oversee and enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations. The role involves monitoring, reviewing, and executing maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective maintenance practices.
  • Monitor and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Execute maintenance plans for utility equipment, boilers, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and validation protocols.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain operational efficiency and address maintenance challenges promptly.
