Description

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager - Maintenance to support our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance management and will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, developing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance activities.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.
• Participate in budget planning and cost control for maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8-9 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
