The Assistant Manager - Maintenance will support the maintenance operations of the organization, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves overseeing maintenance staff, conducting inspections, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the maintenance team and ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance services and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in maintenance management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
