Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Job Description

Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:

Responsible for overall upkeep of plant equipments & facilities which includes equipment maintenance in order to enhance asset reliability, and also building Integrity/facility maintenance to suatain GMP and compliance, and ensure compliance related to documentation.

Major Responsibilities:

u2022 Responcible to maintain overall upkeep of the plant equipments

. Responcible to review, plan, & execute preventive maintenance of the plant equipments,

. Responcible to attend trouble shooting of plant machinery as well as facility related challenges

. Responcible for reviweing work order requests generated by the users, and ensure WO compliance within specified timelines.

. Responsible for ensuring Facility Integrity, conduct facility maintenance jobs for addressing the gaps to

support sustain GMP, hyginene standarad & compliance .

u2022 Facility maintennace work order optimisation & change management compliance

u2022 Execution of facility integrity plans in line with revised Global Safeguard policy

u2022 Documnetation & compliance in line with global safegurad policy

u2022 Task execution across manufacturing to deploy and sustain Leak protocol.

u2022 Risk assessment for facility maintenance activity and mitigation execution

u2022 Strong co- ordination with functions like QA,warehouse, Maintenance & EHS and managing the

expectations.

u2022 Manage and lead the team of contractors, vendors, Service Providers and getting the job/tasks executed.

u2022 Responsible for compliance documentations for vendors,contractors and service providers.

u2022 Responsible for promoting safe work practices and behaviours amongst the contractors, vendors and

service providers at site.

u2022 Responsible for keeping and sharing of monthly facility maintenance jobs with relevant stakeholders.

u2022 Responsible for timely processing of vendors, contractors payments.

u2022 Conduct Root Cause Analysis and FMEA for all major gaps related to Engg/ GMP/pest issues.

u2022 Responsible for maintaining facility budget as per approved limit and align for any deviation

Comments:

Education:

u2022 Engineering Diploma Civil or Mechanical Engineer with 5-6 years of facility maintenance experience in manufacturing

set ups.

u2022 Someone with MNC and Pharma/Nutrition background will be preferred.

Background:

u2022 Analytical Skills: Need to have sound analytical skills and ability to provide engineering solutions

u2022 Attention to Detail: Quality control is a large part of role. Making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety

standards are followed and sustained.

u2022 People Management & Deliver: Ability to get the things done as per Abbott expectation

u2022Responsible for overall upkeep of plant facilities which includes horticulture, Facility Integrity and

Facility maintenance.
