About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in managing high-budget performance campaigns, scaling customer acquisition profitably, and driving measurable business growth. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution, continuously optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve performance across the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including First Mile, Last Mile, B2C, B2B and D2C deliveries.
- Handle logistics billing and reconciliation, ensuring accurate freight invoices, billing validation, and timely closure of discrepancies.
- Perform B2C/D2C order reconciliation to ensure shipment accuracy, delivery confirmation, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with transporters, 3PL partners, and logistics vendors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Oversee transportation planning, vehicle allocation, route optimization, and freight cost control.
- Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery TAT, transportation cost, SLA adherence, and shipment performance.
- Resolve logistics escalations and coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with logistics processes, documentation, and operational standards.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in B2C/D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail.
- Strong experience in transport management, billing reconciliation, and logistics operations.
- Hands-on exposure to First Mile and Last Mile logistics.
- Experience in vendor coordination and 3PL management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/TMS systems.
