. Process and manage incoming domestic and international orders from receipt to delivery.
. Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and custom paperwork.
. Take full ownership of the relationship with Logistic Warehouse Service Provider, ensuring accountability, communication and timely fulfilment.
. Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, operations and regulatory teams to ensure order execution and compliance.
. Track end-to-end shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
. Ensure all shipment comply with country-specific regulations and configurations.
. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality audits.
. Lead stock take and audits activities upon request.
. Provide regular inventory status updates to management team.
. Contact point for internal and external customers regarding order status.
. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging integrity, labelling and logistic processes.
. Reconcile monthly warehouse, freight and courier charges ensuring accuracy and cost control.
. Conduct incoming quality inspection in accordance to procedures and quality requirements.
. Familiar with international shipping incoterms.
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotations are prepared and issued accurately and on schedule.
. Keep accurate records of pricing, distributor agreements, and other commercial terms.
. Manage internal work instructions and product labelling requirements, ensuring logistics partners comply with the outlined procedures.
