Job Summary

We are hiring a Legal Manager with strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation to support commercial operations. The role requires experience in handling service, marketing, and commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate:

Commercial agreements

Service contracts

Marketing & vendor agreements

Provide legal support to business teams on commercial matters

Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies

Manage contract lifecycle and maintain proper documentation

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners

Key Requirements

Experience: 6–10 years in legal roles

Education: LLB / LLM

Industry: Retail preferred

Mandatory Skills:

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

Experience in commercial, service & marketing contracts

Excellent verbal and written communication (language proficiency required)

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
