Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
- Develop and deliver content for training sessions and e-learning programs.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and monitor training progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
