Role Summary
This role is responsible for the
end-to-end execution, operations, and analytics of priority Learning & Development initiatives. The incumbent ensures flawless program delivery (Onboarding, Manager Development Program, AI Academy), runs the LMS/LXP as a reliable, data-strong platform, and enables leaders to make
data-driven talent decisions through high-quality dashboards and insights.
The role blends
program operations, learning technology administration, analytics, compliance, and stakeholder experience, acting as the operational backbone of the L&D function.
Core Mandate
- Execute priority L&D initiatives and workshops with high quality and on-time delivery
- Own L&D operational excellence (logistics, nominations, comms, reporting)
- Build and maintain analytics and dashboards for decision-making
- Serve as LMS (and LXP) Administrator
- Support AI Academy operations once established
- Ensure data integrity, governance, compliance, and excellent stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Program Execution & Delivery (25%)
- Execute and track delivery of planned L&D programs including:
- New Hire Onboarding
- Manager Development Program (MDP)
- AI Academy (once live)
- Own end-to-end program operations:
- Cohort setup, calendars, nominations, leader follow-ups
- Training room / virtual logistics
- Posters, newsletters, learning communications
- Manage evaluations, assessments, and completion tracking
- Ensure seamless learner and facilitator experience
Success Metrics
- ≥95% of planned milestones delivered on time and in scope
- ≥90% onboarding completion within 30 days; ≥85% for 60–90 days
- MDP completion ≥85%; cohort NPS ≥8/10; ≥20% knowledge gain
- AI Academy completion ≥80%; cohort NPS ≥8/10; ≥20% knowledge gain.
- Analytics, Dashboards & Insights (20%)
- Own the L&D data pipeline across LMS/LXP, HRIS, and survey tools
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) covering:
- Participation, completion, engagement
- Learning effectiveness and skill acquisition
- Ensure data accuracy, uptime, and defined metrics
- Produce monthly insights reports with actionable recommendations
Success Metrics
- 99% dashboard uptime; ≤1 critical discrepancy per quarter
- Monthly insights with ≥3 actionable recommendations
- ≥50% recommendation adoption
- ≤5 business days time-to-insights post data cut-off.
- LMS Administration & Operations (20%)
- Act as system administrator for LMS (and LXP when applicable)
- Manage:
- User and role provisioning
- Content uploads and publishing
- Curricula, certifications, email templates, workflows
- Coordinate with IT for SSO, releases, and system changes
- Ensure platform data hygiene and operational SLAs
Success Metrics
- 95% SLA adherence:
- Content publishing ≤48 hours
- User provisioning ≤24 hours
- Duplicate records <0.5%; orphan enrollments <1%
- 100% accurate curriculum mappings per release.
- LXP & Content Operations (10%) (if/when live)
- Govern learning content lifecycle:
- Skill and role tagging
- Review cadence and archival
- Monitor and improve learner engagement via LXP analytics

- 100% assets skill/role tagged
- Content review cycle ≤90 days
- Archive stale content >180 days old
- +15% QoQ improvement in active learners or session time.
- Stakeholder Experience & Enablement (10%)
- Deliver a high-quality experience for:
- People Managers
- HRBPs

- Maintain SLAs, status reports, and quarterly business reviews
- Build and manage a self-serve knowledge base (FAQs, SOPs, quick videos)

Experience & Capability Requirements
Must Have
- 5–8 years of experience in L&D operations, learning platforms, or HR analytics
- Strong hands-on LMS administration experience
- Proven experience with dashboards and analytics (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Excellent execution, stakeholder management, and operational rigor
- Strong documentation, SOP, and process design skills
Good to Have
- Experience launching or operating LXP platforms
- Exposure to AI learning programs or academies
- Working knowledge of HRIS integrations and data governance
