Job Title: Sr executive/ Assistant Manager(Preferred) – Learning & Development

Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – L&D will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's learning strategy with a strong focus on digital learning, AI-enabled capability building, and business‑aligned development initiatives. This role requires a proactive, tech‑savvy learning professional who can partner with business teams, lead enterprise-wide learning interventions, and leverage AI tools to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities -
1. AI‑Enabled Learning Solutions
- Leverage AI tools such as Copilot, Canva, Genspark, and similar technologies to design, enhance, and automate L&D processes.
- Identify AI-driven use cases to improve learner experience, content creation, assessments, and analytics.
- Drive the AI in L&D agenda across the organization through demos, adoption initiatives, and capability-building sessions.
2. Digital Learning Strategy & Execution
- Design and deploy digital learning solutions that support business priorities and encourage self-paced, on-demand learning.
- Implement innovative learning formats (videos, micro-learning, simulations, interactive content).
- Evaluate digital learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on learner data and feedback.
3. Training Needs Analysis (TNA) – Organization Level
- Conduct annual and periodic organization-wide TNA, partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders.
- Translate capability gaps into structured learning plans and development roadmaps.
- Track progress against planned interventions and measure business impact.
4. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Oversee LMS operations including content upload, learner journeys, reporting, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Monitor learning analytics, dashboards, and compliance training completion.
- Support LMS enhancements and collaborate with vendors/IT teams as needed.
5. Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate behavioral, functional, and AI-related learning sessions as needed.
- Conduct both virtual and in‑person workshops to drive capability-building initiatives.
- Support business teams with customized learning sessions.
6. Business Partnership
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand capability needs, develop solutions, and align learning programs with business goals.
- Provide consultative guidance on learning interventions and their expected outcomes.
7. Learning Mindset & Innovation
- Demonstrate a strong knack for continuous learning, experimentation, and doing more with less.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital learning, AI, and L&D best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a digital-first or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience using AI tools for content creation, learning design, or process automation.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience with LMS management and enterprise-wide TNA.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
