Job Summary:

This role is part of the Human Capital Advisory practice, focused on leading and delivering strategic Learning & Development initiatives. It involves designing and implementing learning strategies, managing curriculum development, and advising on learning technologies and modalities. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, instructional design expertise, and the ability to drive learning transformation across global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of learning strategies and training plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and create comprehensive learning plans and curricula.
  • Design and oversee the development of training assets including job aids, micro-videos, demos, and course materials.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to address skill gaps and support organizational change.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on metrics and feedback.
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer workshops and support trainer onboarding.
  • Advise on learning logistics, tool selection, and delivery methodologies.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and evaluate external learning solutions.
  • Track and analyze training data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Required Experience:

  • 69 years of experience in Learning Design and Development, including managing learning transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with global clients, including US and multi-geo engagements.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Expertise in learning modalities including LaaS (Learning as a Service), microlearning, gamified learning, and mobile learning.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, EnableNow, Captivate, and Vyond.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and platforms like Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret training metrics and drive improvements.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Education:

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate degree from an accredited college/university.

Location: Gurgaon/ Bangalore (Hybrid)
